My thoughts on Deborah Milano Kajal Pencil:

Firstly I have to admit that I LOVE colored eye pencils. I mean I want them in all colors. When I first saw the pencil, I was super happy as it’s a gorgeous purple shade. It has fine golden glitters in this which do not look OTT at all. The packaging is simple. It comes in a simple sharpen-able type pencil. The texture is beautiful; I mean it glides pretty smoothly. There is absolutely no pulling or tugging of lids. It is water resistant but not water-proof. It lasted decently for 4-6 Hours on me. They claim to be Lash line safe but personally I did not dare to try this on my water line as I am very skeptical about using colored pencils on my water line. But I am guessing it should be safe.

Pros:
  • Affordable.
  • Simple and decent packaging.
  • Decent number of shades available.
  • Beautiful purple shade that will look good on all skin tones.
  • The texture is creamy and glides well on the lids.
  • This shade does not look OTT at all in spite of having few glitters.
  • Sharpen-able pencil, Hence hygienic.
  • Water resistant but smudges so not water–proof.
  • Can be easily removed with a cleanser or a make-up remover.

Cons:
  • I would prefer retractable one over pencils as sharpening leads to product wastage.
  • Smudges a little after few hours.

Swatches:

Rating: 4/5

Overall I would recommend this Kajal pencil. It does a Pretty decent job for the price its coming for.
