REVIEW - Revlon Custom Eyes Shadow & Liner - Naturally Glamorous 020

Hi Girls!!

I am a huge fan of eye shadows and gold, copper & bronze shades never fail to impress. Today i am going to review one of my all time favorite eye shadow palette Revlon Custom Eyes Shadow & Liner - Naturally Glamorous 020.

What the Company Claims:
  • Easily create and customize the eye look you want with 4 shadows and 1 liner. For dramatic eye popping looks like never before!
  • The dual ended applicator helps you to easily create the eye looks you want. Use the wider side to cover the eye area in shadow and the pointed end to apply the liner shade.

Price: Rs.695/-  (For 5 shades )

My views on Revlon Custom Eyes Shadow & Liner:

This was actually one impulsive purchase and i came back home and wondered if i did a mistake by splurging 695 bucks on this, but when i used this i was happy with the purchase.

The packaging is sturdy and nice. It comes in a side open plastic lid type. The applicator for a change is NOT useless, and does a good job! I wish there was some mirror included so that it would be great while traveling.

The palette has Five shades Bronze, Copper, Gold, Black and a Highlighter shade. All the shades have a slight/fine shimmer with a  satiny finish(without looking OTT) and i love that! All the shades have decent pigmentation except the black one which goes sheer on application. However, the pigmentation comes out really nice with a primer beneath.

The staying power without the primer is around 3-4 Hours and with a primer it lasted upto 6-8 Hours.

The texture of the eye shadows is super soft and blends really well.

The only confusion i found is the whole "Liner" part, i did not find the AMAZING pigmentation to use them as a stand alone liner.

This is how the applicator looks like.

Overall i love this palette for the gorgeous shades and totally recommend it!! :)

  3. LOVE this palette, I am actually wearing it today :) One of my favourite eyeshadow palettes, though I agree the liner shade isn't as pigmented or nicely textured as it could be!
