Review: The Nature’s Co. - White Pepper Cleansing Lotion

I was always irregular with my CTM routine until i had severe breakouts one day as a result of using some stupid cream. I was so depressed as i am not used to acne because i have a dry facial skin. Apart from the medications, I was advised to follow CTM routine strictly and trust me it really worked. My skin cleared up in a while and i still make sure to follow the routine no matter how tired i am at the end of the day.

Today i am going to review my favorite cream based cleanser - The Nature's Co. Pepper Cleanser that really helped me during the acne phase.

What the product Claims:

  • Deep cleansing, antiseptic & purifying.
  • Wipe it all off with the antiseptic and purifying qualities of White Pepper. It increases blood flow at the skin’s surface enabling the ingredients to penetrate immediately and clean more effectively. Massage a small amount gently onto your skin using circular movements. Then either rinse with warm water or wipe with wet cotton pad. It can also be used to remove both eye and face make-up.

Ingredient List:

Price: Rs.345/- for 100 ml can be purchased HERE

My Experience with The Nature’s Co. - White Pepper Cleansing Lotion:

I picked up a couple of The Nature's Co. products as they claim to be natural and i have previously had good experience using them. Initially i thought it was expensive for a cleanser but the bottle really lasted me a long time. I have been using this for about 6-7 months and i still have half a bottle to finish.

The packaging is good. It comes in a plastic bottle with a pump type dispenser which makes it hygenic. The consistency of the cleanser is a white color creamy liquid. Usually i take about 1 1/2 pumps for my face and an other pump for my neck. I massage on the product gently on my face and neck with fingers for about a minute and wipe it out with a gentle cotton pad. Then i rinse off my face and neck with water and a gentle face wash and complete the toning and moisturizing part.It never caused me any allergic reactions and never caused any break outs! It has this slight pepper-ish fragrance which is not over powering at all.

I must say this cleanser deep cleanses the skin. Seriously when i wipe my face with a cotton pad, i can see that all  the make up/dirt on the face gets wiped out easily. It does not remove the water proof makeup (mascara and kajal) like a breeze though it gets removed if used twice or thrice. I usually would not use normal cleansers to remove eye make up. I use a separate make up remove to avoid all the tugging and pulling. It does not leave any oily residue behind so this one would suit oily skin too!

Swatch of the product:

Rating: 4.5/5

Over all a great cleanser for me. And i am definitely re-purchasing. :) Totally recommended!

So what is your favorite cleanser.. Do share in the comments below.. :)

  1. wow..nice review..seems to b a great product

  2. Really great product, thanks for introducing me to it. I loved the pump packing, so hygienic! And pepper is actually very effective in treating breakouts and acne. If u rub a wet pepper grain (black pepper also) on the kitchen slab and rub the water into the breakouts, they will disappear overnight. Any idea if this one would work for dry skin? Mine is dry.

    1. wow.. that's a great tip Gagan!! thanks for that.. :)

yeah it would totally suit dry skin... mine is dry only...

    2. Gagan, you must try their Mango Body butter and the Cinnamon Bath oil for the winters. Two absolutely amazing products! The bath oil needs to applied post a bath and just rub it all over your body and wipe. Your skin will be absolutely moisturized.

  3. I'm currently loving Shiseido The Skincare Cleansing Gel...its very gentle and removes eyemakeup too.

    1. wow.. that's gr88.. would love to try that one out soon... :)

  4. You must try the Coffee Scrub, which is my all time fav!

    1. i have received the small sample tube of the coffee scrub and it was great!! smells so yummy... :)
